International Trade & Investment Law

Strategic counsel on issues under international trade treaties (including treaty implementation); trade remedies in various jurisdictions; subsidies, tariffs and trade strategy; investment treaties; sanctions, international IP enforcement; and regulatory compliance for governments, industry bodies, and multinational enterprises.


Arbitration & Mediation

Appointments as independent arbitrator and mediator in international commercial and treaty disputes. Recognised on leading panels including WIPO, WTO and for EU trade disputes.


Public International Law
